Safety First

Do you remember a time when you went an entire day without sinning? I can't. My Christian life often feels like a factory accident counter—resetting all too often. I try to avoid sin, only to fall into it again, leaving me in a frustrating cycle:

Conform. Feel guilty. Repent. Try harder. Fail. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

This endless struggle led me to create Struggling Christian. Here, I share the ups and downs of walking by faith—embracing God's grace while wrestling with my own shortcomings.

The Apostle Paul captured this feeling perfectly:

"For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing." (Romans 7:19)

Yet, there is hope. Our struggles are not signs of failure but evidence that God is at work within us. His grace, not our performance, defines our salvation:

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Struggling isn't a sign of failure—it's proof that we're alive in Christ. It means the Holy Spirit is transforming our hearts and minds, making us aware of our constant need for a Savior. Sure, we stumble, but we must get back up, take up our cross daily, and move forward.

Wherever you are in your journey, I hope you find encouragement here. Know that God, who began a good work in you, will carry it to completion. Let's embrace the struggle, trust His faithfulness, and walk this road together.
